Initially I was very disappointed and upset as I had to wait an hour for the Hotel Shuttle Bus to pick me up After 3 phone calls I decided to catch a cab. This was at 10.30 at night and I was an older woman travelling alone. I had to spend $20 on a $7.40 cab ride. I was very tired having flown from ...
the room was nice . Looked like it had been updated. Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
A mile away from car rentals and really close to the airport. This was very convenient for me while i get to spend more tine in a cousy bed.
The accommodations at this establishment were comfortable. The room had laminate flooring, which was a little surprising given most places have carpeting but the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom overall were very clean and well kept. One thing that I think could have made my stay here ...
Only downside is we had adjoining rooms with people who wouldn't stop smoking marijuana. Because my family gets headaches with it. Otherwise staff was great and very hospitable.
This is a nice hotel close to our destination of Six Flags. The room was clean but outdated. It had appeared that they had clean the floors but the cleaning agent smelled awful. Overall, a good experience with staff and hotel. Only downside was the smell.
This was a nice hotel set in the hill. The bed and room were very comfortable (which seems to be typical of Sheraton Hotels). Our only complaint was the fact that our room wasn't cleaned until sometime after 4;30 p.m., which seemed a little ridiculous.
Very pleasant. No breakfast, but close to restaurants and personally loved the handicap toilets. Nothing to keep one from falling in bathtub and no railings. But clean and pleasant room.
Check is went smooth. Assigned a top floor room and given two beds when the clerk saw we were two older women traveling together. Online reservation: two beds were not an option. Self parking is a bit tricky. You must walk a good distance to the hotel since the underground parking serves shopping ...
Although not surrounded by resturants or night life, it is well within walking distance. There is also a free frequent bus service to down town Long Beach. This location is quieter than other areas that allow for a great nights rest. An all inclusive cooked breakfast is a big plus and negates being ...
Stylish and modern with the techie in mind. The iPad at bedside was nice but then it stopped working. Rooms are a little on the small side with oddly placed windows but realize that it was once a hotel that then changed into a convalescent hospital. Great location: very close to multiple great dining ...
