"The customer service is great. The rooms are OK - nothing to write home about but the location is fantastic. Worth staying there for the location and customer service."
"Very clean with comfortable beds. The only issues we had were that the faucet sprayed water and was a little messy, and the windows didn’t open. There was plexiglass that covered them, for safety I’m assuming. However that made the room very quiet which is rare in NYC. I would definitely stay there again. Nice breakfasts as well. "
"The hotel is unique in decor. It is older, but very clean and antique decor. I loved it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room. Very close to Central Park and Museum across the street. Also subway is close. We walked to the theatre district for a play.
I was so happy to find that cleaning staff found my wallet. I had left it in the safe and staff had given it to the office. What a huge relief!! Nice to know we do have some decent honest people in this world!!
