What a beautiful place! The staff are all fantastic and take great care of the guests. We were there celebrating a special birthday and Melvita (I might be destroying her name--sorry!) upgraded us to a suite and sent us a lovely bottle of wine to toast with. Julia in housekeeping kept it sparking clean. Everything was fantastic!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is very modern and in good condition. The rooms are a great size compared to others. The furniture is quality, the fixtures are nice the styling is good. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for us based on our priority to be close to Central Park and the AMNH.

Quiet residential area on Upper West Side. Nice oasis for tourists. Easy transportation with 72 St subway station. Plenty of gourmet grocery stores nearby as well. Don't miss Zabars and Citarella!

This is an oustanding NYC hotel, especially for families traveling with younger kids. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. We cherished the ability to close off the living area from the sleeping space. The neighborhood is quiet at night and in walking distance to tons of excellent restaurants and cafes, Central Park, and the Museum of Natural History. The hotel itself has a great lounge with live music. We definitely plan to return.
