"The place is well located in Adirondak but we have rented for 8 persons and we had not enough place to sleep, no extra matress. The sofa bed was horrible (juste for one personne) So three persons had no place to sleep and the host didnt care and told us that we should bring our own matress. Kind of thing that you should inform your guess… Also good to know that the place had water infiltration on the second floor and a lot of moisture in the basement so we had allergy, the air quality in the...

"High Peaks Hideaway was just as advertised! Our family of 5 came up for a long weekend of skiing and sightseeing. The cabin had everything we needed as far as for cooking and entertainment for the kids. Located in close proximity to Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid but out in the beautiful country. Shannon our host was super easy to communicate with, everything was easy to find, there was an information book to answer all our questions. Nothing better than having family movie night in the...

"Spent almost a week with family at the chalet. Great location in town with plenty of restaurants and lakeside shops within walking distance. Ample parking for at least a few vehicles. Good mix of indoor and outdoor areas for socializing, including the downstairs game room for kids, and with comfortable overflow bedding both upstairs and downstairs beyond the three bedrooms. Will stay again if coming back in town."
