Excellent choice

Very comfortable beds!

Very comfortable, accomodating adn friendly.

The staff was very friendly, gracious and helpful. As I was staying many days I was upgraded to a very large suite which was very comfortable. The breakfast bar in a cafe by the pool was very well run and had an ample and varied menu of simple items. Great waffles! Everyong was very nice adn I had a great stay.

Hotel Stay

After a little mishap with giving me a room that already belonged to someone else, I got a free upgrade for the 5 days I was there. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Breakfast buffet in the morning is well worth the stay itself. Room was amazing, and I loved my stay. Only thing is if you are planning on using the shuttle service, I would recommend you either get a rental car, OR plan to be a half an hr late. Hotel doesn’t control the shuttle service, so they were both late picking me up, and dropping me off. I will be staying again when I go back to Tuscon.

Nice place to stay

Good hotel for business or pleasure, good breakfast, pool area.

Not impressed

Filthy carpet....had to change rooms. Recieved a phone call at 9:30 at night from front desk, that woke me and my 9 month old baby up, to have maintenance come in to fix air conditioner because of loud noise even though it was making the noise days before. We left 2 days early because we were not enjoying our stay.

Not impressed

We were upgraded to better room but there were repairs that it needed. The worst part was the urine smell between the bed and the wash bowl in the bedroom. I’ve stayed here before without any complaints. The breakfast that came with this room was good.

Okay place to stay.

I was pleased with the hotel. Staff was very nice. Free breakfast and happy hour was a nice bonus. I would stay there again. Wasn’t cheapest and wasn’t higher end, so if you are looking for newer or extremely neat this may not be your place. I was happy for the basics it provided.

Good Value

For my purposes this was very good. I needed to be close to my brothers apartment and this was only two blocks away. Very comfortable. No restaurant and the snack shop closed early were about the worse things I have to say. Everything else was good.

Comfortable and convenient

It was nice to get up in the morning and go to have a free hot breakfast. No waiting. Could get done and be on our way each day.

Extremely pleased with this hotel!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and were extremely satisfied. We used the pool and hot tub a lot and it is close to everything. The hotel staff was so nice. We will stay here everytime we go to Tucson Kathi A from New Mexico

Suprisingly Fantastic

This is the FIRST Best Western that I have ever recommended. The only reason I stayed there was others of the wedding party were staying there. Very friendly and professional. Comfort a very high priority. Great morning buffet, very comfortable and quiet room. Easy access and plentiful parking. Hotel staff was fantastic from check-in to housekeeping.

Would Stay There Again

This hotel was a welcomed home away from home. Room was clean and well maintained; I especially like the suite floorplan with a seperate bedroom and having a kitchen (sink, stove, refrig) was very convenient for our 4 day stay. Plumbing leak was quickly attended to by 3 maintenance men (since some of carpet was dampened, these 3 arranged and moved us to another room). TV in living room and in bedroom.

We like staying in hotels on Oracle, north of downtown. Plenty of restaurants, grocery and drug stores, gas stations, laundromat (one of few in town, on Ina just east of I-10), view of city and valley below, away from heavy traffic.

OK for the price...location was the point

Easy access to Oracle, Marana, Tucson, and Oro Valley...that was the point of staying there. The hotel was reasonably priced for its location. Once I got past the fact that the black-out drape had to be held in place with a wooden toothpick (provided courtesy of a prior guest, with the cooperation of the maids) the room was fine. If you arrive in the dark, the room numbering system can be tricky as the numbers are hard to see, and the even and odd numbered rooms are on opposite sides of the building. All things considered I give the facility a solid "OK" BK

Just North on Oracle Road you can hike on some easy and safe trails in the desert, which is particularly pretty during April. The trail around the Hohokam village ruin is less than a mile.

Excellent value

Good service, tremendous breakfasts, great pool, very friendly staff, nice room, conveniently located in Tucson, good neighborhood, all for a great price. This place is a great value! No wonder it was full and some people stay there for a month. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a great hotel. I loved the breakfast and social hour. The only complaint I have is there were never enough pool towels. We will definitely return.

Decent motel of moderate price. Convenient location. Cleaning carts left in foot traffic areas. Decent breakfast bar included in price.

Very clean, new looking place. Everything worked great. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

This is the second time I stayed at this motel. The room is quite comfortable and has everything I want - hi-speed internet, cable TV, ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, refrigerator, microwave and cofeemaker. I especially like that they give you bottled water every day and as much coffee as you want. The cleaning staff is very good, and the beds are really comfortable. The free breakfast is a great bonus, as are the computers and business services in the lobby. I would stay there again - and I did.

There is a nice desk and office chair in the room, and hi-speed ethernet (not just wireless - although they have that too. The office will fax for you. There is free printing from the computers in the lobby.

I was very impressed with the room, the service, the personnel and the extras, i.e., complimentary full breakfast and happy hour. Would definitely stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE

There were bugs on the counters, since this was a suite the couch that pulled out to a bed was falling apart. Couch bed was put away without being made.

Really Great Stay

Everything was wonderful. The housekeeping staff was so great when I lost a necklace of mine. They went over and above trying to help me find it. (Luckily it was found). Breakfast every morning was superb. I love the convenience of having internet service right there in the hotel lobby. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant stay. Absolutely no complaints here. One suggestion though - more seating at the pool area.

The Park Reid Zoo is small but a great little excusion for the afternoon or morning. Especially good for younger children.
