The staff were great and helpful. The room was dated and the handheld shower leaked and sprayed water everywhere. The elevator smelled really bad.

It is close to campus. The front desks staff were professional, helpful, friendly. The room was clean but there was a used plastic water bottle on the floor, when we arrived to our room. The hallway light cloth cover was torn. The walls are thin and we could hear noise from other room in the middle of the night. The elevators take your from garage to the rooms but there is no security key feature to prevent none guests from getting on elevators and getting access to the property.

Good location and the staff was friendly. Room was clean. Only downside was the hallways had some Cheez-It crumbs on the floor at one point, probably just a kid, no big deal. My real complaint is the $20 parking fee tacked on as a guest. If I’m already paying full price to stay, parking should be included, not an extra charge.
