We were not told at check in, that room service had to be scheduled. The next day to our check in, room was not made. By 4 pm when we noticed this, we called the front desk and they told us they were going to contact service crew to clean up the room. We left the room and came back at around 7 pm and the room continued unmade. We called again the front desk and they continued mentioning that they hadn't heard from room service but that they will take care of it. We left and at 10 pm when we came back, the room was still not made and not even fresh towels were provided. We were very dissapointed as the front desk lady pretended she was taking care of the situation, and she simply let it slide, not caring about our situation. This lady is unfit for the position and the hotel should have procedures to ensure that customers are being heard and attended.
