Our tv in our room wasn't working & the manager was very accommodating, she offered us a different room, which since we were only staying for one night we declined. She then gave us a discount on the price of the room, which we thought was very nice of her. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Loved my stay! First time in Arizona, and first time traveling alone as a young woman. Felt very safe and welcome for my entire week-long trip. Staff was friendly and checking in/out was a breeze. Room was clean and everything I needed. The area wasn't bad. Hotel is placed in the perfect spot - not too far from most places and activities etc. plus right off the freeway so it was easy to get to and from. No issues with parking either. Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back for my future Tucson visits!

Very nice and clean sweet staff yummy cookies wonderful pool open late which was awesome to enjoy on those hot days only problem I had couldn’t find it cause I couldn’t see the front of the building with all the trees covering the name of the hotel other than that everything was perfect I would definitely come back to this location

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was great but the hotel was so hot in temperature! The room we got would not get colder than 74. It was also hot in the lobby area & elevators. If you like cold A/C would stay far away from here.

Clean room , friendly staff , great breakfeast and price . The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because the dogs woke me up. They were in the hallway barking aggressively at each other .

Hotel is right off the I-10 fwy which is a huge bonus, and reason why we stay there. Plenty of parking and area seems safe enough. Check in process was easy, and they had cookies for guests. Rooms are a bit outdated and not as clean as I would have preferred. Beds and pillows were comfortable. No hand soap in bathroom which was inconvenient. Breakfast area is spacious, and food wasn’t terrible.
