Had trouble getting the tv to work and had to fix it myself. When looking behind the tv and furniture there was a bunch of trash there. Makes you wonder if the room is really cleaned between guests.

While we didn’t have a chance to use the pool, the property was immaculate. Chris at the front desk was super helpful and offered the Expedia VIP benefits right away. Breakfast had a great variety.

Check in was on time and quick, even greet you with a cookie. Plenty free parking. Elevator is indoors. Roomy enough for 3 of us. Breakfast was great! Only stayed one night but everything was perfect, Thank you ladies!

Positives: The check-in staff was friendly. Our room was clean. Pool and Spa were nice. Complimentary fruit, cookies and coffee in the lobby. Negatives: TV did not work said, weak signal. But no one answered the phone when I called for assistance. I had to go down stairs to the front desk but no one was there. The ice machine on our floor was also out of order. There were some black bugs in the bathroom.

The room I had was on the 3rd floor facing the Highway. The noise coming from the traffic was such that it woke me up earlier than I would have preferred. It's possible that if I would have got a different room not located facing the highway that the noise would not have woken me up. The room I had also had an AC unit that the motor was quite loud making it difficult to fall asleep. I was only their one night had I been there for a longer period of time I would have requested a different room.

The staff was amazing!! Totally above and beyond!from check in with Chris. Super kind and friendly! He literally gave me cookies before they are typically served😊that evening Jackie helped me with food options. And was there many more times with a smile, laugh, or to answer my many questions. Then next morning Janet offered a late checkout which turned into 2 more nights.My housekeeper Teresa was so very kind and graciously chatted with me about her heritage and my husbands as they were from the same area in Mexico. That evening the security guard Wayne kept the pool open so I could finish ordering food and assisted me with transferring of codes. I was here alone without my kids and husband and on unfortunate circumstances, so the staff going out of their way to make me feel at home and cared for was tremendously appreciated!! Chris again was here on day 3 and so sweet and chatted with me as I’m Sure he sensed I needed it. I travel frequently for work and pleasure and the hot breakfast was the best I’ve had short of an international all inclusive. I wish I could remember the breakfast caretakers name. She was helpful and brought out fresh eggs 5 minutes before it was to close. Keep it up Tucson Country inn off the freeway. You’re doing great!!
