I can easily recommend this as the best hotel in Sin City. Not only was hotel above expectations, the staff was most friendly and helpful to every guest. I encourage anyone to book the Wynn for outstanding customer service

Great place to stay

Checking in went very smoothly. Room was fantastic on the 33rd floor with strip view, no extra charge. Spa and fitness centre are fantastic. Everyone extremely helpful. Wouls stay at the Wynn every time as from now.

Gorgeous oversized rooms and pools, expensive restaurants.

Our “standard” room was unbelievable. It was oversized with a very comfortable king size bed. There was a loveseat with ottoman, desk with chair, small dining table with chairs, HD plasma TV on wall swivel. The very large bathroom had his & her sinks, separate toilet closet, oversized deep tub, and separate oversized shower with bench seat. Our room was on floor 54 and had a panoramic view of the strip. Once we figured out how to get outside to the pools, it was well worth it. The pool decks are large with multiple pools, two connecting with a swim lane between them. I had previously read a comment noting you should call the hotel and asked to be moved up to a higher floor to not only avoid early morning night club music, but to have a great view of either the golf course or the strip. The front desk was more than happy to ensure us a higher floor room. I must say the restaurants are very expensive at The Wynn. The Wynn does not have lower cost options like McDonald’s or Starbucks. One morning we paid $30 at “The Café” for two breakfast sandwiches, a coffee, a soda, and a muffin. Another morning we paid $78 for breakfast room service (continental breakfast & country breakfast). The best deal was at the deli in The Wynn next to the sports bar where chicken strips & french fries were $15. We looked over the menus for some of the fine dining restaurants at The Wynn and opted to eat at different casinos which offered the same fine dining at more reasonable prices.

I highly recommend getting the cheapest rental car possible. I realize there are shuttles and taxis, however the cost of these all add up to what you would’ve paid for a cheap rental car. Additionally having your own car doesn’t limit you to a schedule, you can come and go as you please and not worry about a bus schedule or taxi’s sitting in traffic running up the meter. Having a rental car not only prevented sore feet from walking from one end of the strip to the other, but it allowed us to drive out to Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, and allowed us to visit old downtown whenever we wanted.

Can’t wait to go back. Excellent hotel

The Wynn was one of the best hotels I had. The buffet was good. We went to the Country Club restaurant, very pricey but the service sucked. Food was OK but not worthy of its price and service. We could have gone to CUT next door at the Palazzo.

Perfect weekend

We (5 ladies) went to the Wynn for a special "birthday" weekend and we found the hotel to be all we had expected - luxurious, trendy yet comfortable. Everyone we dealt with from check-in to the concierge to the restaurant staff were all very courteous and helpful - in a genuine, not artificial, way. The food at all of the restaurants was great and we enjoyed every venue we tried. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet although that depended on your location - our end of the hall was super quiet while our friends at the other end could hear music and vibes from the nightclub on the 38th floor. I would definitely go back again and would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Las Vegas for the first or the fiftieth time.

Try Daniel Boulud’s restaurant in the Wynn - besides outstanding food and service, you will have the added entertainment of the waterfall show - it was a surprise for us and we were delighted to see it. Sit outside if you can to really enjoy it. Also the bar right next door has fabulous cocktails!

Wynn Vegas - Awesome stay

The Wynn isn’t five star for a reason. From the moment you walk in to when you see your room you will be amazed at this hotel.

The Wynn hotel is stunningly beautiful, both inside and out, and has personal service that cannot be beat. Our room had a great view of the strip, a bed as comfortable as any we have ever slept on, and a huge bath with a large glass shower. Large plush towels, soft robes, powered drapes, and a large screen TV made the room a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing on the Strip. The casino had everything we could ask for in gaming and the restaurant food is world-class. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation for anyone looking for luxury on the Strip. That being said, the prices for the hotel services and amenities are not for the budget-minded. The shopping and restaurants here are no less than top of line; and they have the prices to go along with those famous names. The deli and cafe on the casino floor are the same; convenient, but with a price. If you are looking for a quick meal, or a low-cost snack, walk the 5 minutes across the street to the shopping mall. We tried the buffet at the hotel one morning, right around the time it was switching over to lunch. For the money, it was not what we were expecting, and we did not go back. Particularly annoying were the large monitors around the room touting the hotel’s shows and venues. We plan to stay at this hotel again. The sheer beauty of this resort, the comfort of the rooms, and the levels of service all combine to justify the nightly rate, and make the trip to Las Vegas all the more enjoyable.

Get a pass for "The Deuce", the bus that runs up and down the Strip and to Fremont Street. A 24 hour pass is only a few bucks, and it saves a ton of walking. Those hotels look like they’re close together, but they are HUGE properties, and they are a lot farther apart than you think.

Facilities made as a 5 star hotel but the way they ask for money is as cheap as a 1 star hotel - not

Not a single bottle of water for guest in the room unless you pay 5x the cost of it. If the items in the refrigerator is moved you are charged for $6.50 even you did not use anything in the frig! Internet wireless is going to be free in airport yet the hotel charges $10 per day for it...... All these makes you feel the hotel is so cheap regardless of the fact that they have a casino! Economy is bad but this is just right to demote 5 star hotel into a 1 star calss.

I wouldnt stay here again.

I had two bad experiences at Wynn. When i was laying out by the pool with my wife, there were only three waitresses waiting on 300 people. It took me over an hour just to get someone to take my order. It seemed because i was not hanging around close to the pool, drinking and spend alot of money that my needs were not as important. Also, we came back to our room at 5pm the last night and it wasnt clean. When housekeeping finally came to clean and make the room, they put the same dirty sheets that I striped off the bed, back on. I was not happy and alittle disappointed.

From arrival to checkout, our senses were teased with an elegant and tasteful atmosphere and ambiance. Service was exceptional, food was extraordinary, and the location can’t be beat.!

Wynn Hotel

From the moment we checked in the Wynn and checked out we had the most wonderful hotel experience. The room, the ambience, the staff, was first class and we would definitely stay there again. We recommend this hotel over any we have stayed in for the comfort, convenience and locality at Las Vegas. So much room to move around in compared to other hotels in the area, you dont feel overwhelmed with people in the casino, and the air quality is very good to those of us who do not smoke.

We’ll definitely be staying at the Wynn again

The room was magnificent. Our only issue was that the windows needed cleaning which spoiled the view of the city at night. Otherwise, everything was top notch. We highly recommend staying at the Wynn.

We saw Cirque du Soleil’s "Love" at The Mirage and "The Jersey Boys" at the Palazzo. Both shows were incredible. Definitely worth the money.

" I love the hotel - best pillows in the business."

Our room was excellent. Best bedding, great TV, and huge bright bathroom with separate shower and tub aong with double sinks. There was no problem with sounds coming from other rooms. I would have liked to have been higher than 7th floor as the view was not so good; looked over top of roof. The hotel staff were great, We ran into a few problems with our location and time of airport pickup, but the hotel staff were of such great help in getting us to the right spot and getting our luggage to the curb without delay. I found at being at the end of strip was a problem as you were out of the loop so to speak. You either had to walk, take a cab, or a bus. Might not be as convenient for people who are not in good physical shape to do a lot of walking. Would have like to have the hotel run an airport shuttle or stip shuttle.

Our wedding reception was at the Paris hotel. The meal was excellent as well as the view. If I return to Vegas I will definitely make a reservation for dinner at the Paris.

First time to Vegas

My husband and I walked asked many veteran Vegas travelers before we picked the Wynn and we were so glad we did. After walking into many other hotels down the strip we realized we had made an excellent choice. The restaurants were fabulous and everything was very clean and new. We will definitely stay there again. That side of the strip is where all the action is!

Vegas best hotel.

Have been going to the Wynn since it opened and it is the best in all ways. Price, food service, Tower suites, buffet, private pool areas and friendly help all make for a very satisfying stay. We have tried the Encore but still like the Wynn best.

Wonderful Vegas Hotel, on a great spot on the strip.

Really enjoyed our October 09 stay at the Wynn. It is a gorgeous property, with great restaurants, and is well located on the Strip. Most of the restaurants offer a price fixe meal which is a good value. Don’t miss the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Walk around to the other connecting property, the new Encore. Staff was well trained and attentive. Can’t wait to go back.

A good place to be spoiled

The service is exceptional, but you do get what you pay for, so don’t head here if you aren’t ready to spend extra. The pool is fabulous!

The life of luxury

You are treated like ROYALTY and you feel the same way, my wife was impressed with the hotel accomodations. We as a family will definately go back.

The pool area was one of the best areas I’ve seen in all my stays at various hotels. It was clean, well stocked with chairs and loungers and well equiped.

Could have been better

I guess this is considered a 5 star hotel in Vegas but in all reality more like an average 4 star hotel elsewhere. The rooms especially the windows could have been cleaner, the serviced lacked if you could locate someone that was more then willing to help you and when I got there I had to wait over a day to get a non smoking room which I felt was totally unacceptable. I felt they did not have enough staff on and let’s face it a 5 star hotel should attend to you like you are royality and this hotel did not do one thing for me that I felt was above expectations... Average hotel, my recommendation is this is about the same as all average hotels on the strip such as the one with a volcano and one with a pirate ship and others rated 4 stars on this site.. etc... only book this hotel if you are getting a better deal then the hotels mentioned otherwise save your money...
