We stayed 5 nights. We left our room every morning around 9:30 and put the sign on the door requesting the room be refreshed. No one came until about the 3rd day when they took the tip money we left but did NOTHING else. Not sure why they entered the room at all? Didn't even leave a clean towel...

Only thing good about this hotel is its location right on Fremont street. This is my 4th and last time I will ever stay at this hotel, each and every time has been worse than the time before. The front desk staff is HORRIBLE, any form of good customer service is non existent. You are treated with the attitude that if you dont like it then dont stay your business is insignificant. I have always wondered why each and everytime I have reserved rooms at this hotel I can never get a room above the 12th floor, which any floor below the 12th no matter which side of the building you on, you will hear the pounding music and party till 4 in the morning. I was rudely told by the the clerk checking me in, that I should blame Expedia for the rooms I receive because they sell them a block of rooms that Expedia sells to me and they are the lower rooms never the higher 25 to 34th floor reserved for customers who buy directly from the D. So Expedia in my eyes is just as culpable. The rest of my complaints with my stay 1. The carpet in the room was so dirty the slides and socks we wore while in the room was jet black 2. The bed felt like i was sleeping on the floor with broken springs 3. The toilet shot water out on your feet with every flush 4. There was black mold in the vent in the bathroom 5. I requested room clean and toilet paper 3 days in a row after my 4th day of my 9 day stay and didnt get the room cleaned until 10pm the night of the 3rd day of request. All around awful experience.
