Had to switch rooms, upon arrival room had wet carpet and what appeared to be blood on wall. Next room had toe nail clippings in the tub and a clogged sink. I brought to attention of front desk the next morning and neither were addressed when room was cleaned.

We have stayed at the Red Rock Casino many times. However, this is the first time we were given VIP access. My kids felt pretty special. We absolutely love this resort. It has everything we need. The security deposit is a big bone of contention. Next time when I register I will talk this over with you guys because the socked me for an additional $400 when I checked when clearly your receipt said something else. Not cool and then they wanted to charge me $15 a day for a refrigerator - just put a refrigerator in the room like a the other Station Casino Prperties I’ve stayed at.

Won’t be back! Had to call security twice for people fighting in the hallway. Security claimed they didn’t get get the first report. Asked about getting a waitress after playing cards for an hour Paula big blond was rude and said she came by while I was in the bathroom! Not true, the 2 other people playing were waiting as well! Concierge reached out and asked about setting up spa appointments etc. when I replied back I received no response. I only stayed here because I took my mom for her birthday to visit my daughter and it was closer to my daughter’s home! Should have used my free nights stay at the Venetian! Live and learn!

Very nice hotel but the hallway is super long. Be prepared to get your steps in. Room 7-157 is a bit loud with plumbing and mechanicals in wall.

I love this place. Our room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the mountains. Staff was super friendly and the pool was awesome. Their cabanas are inexpensive and SO worth it. It’s almost a steal. TBone steak was right downstairs and delicious. This is my favorite spot for a staycation on a budget. 10/10 I recommend this place to everyone who visits and does not want to deal with the strip.
