I booked this hotel for my daughter's birthday party. Check in was at 4pm, so we decided to come earlier at 3:30 pm. Our Room was not avail until 5pm. It was summer in Las Vegas HOT and all the front desk kept saying was that the room was not ready yet. Tip- Call before checking in to make sure the room is ready before you head down to the property.

First time standing this property, this resort was very beautiful. Just could use a few more amenities like maybe another restaurant, And some things to do for teenagers but other than that, this resort is very beautiful

Check in was 4pm and we checked in at 5pm and were told we needed to wait an unknown amount of time until our room was ready. The receptionist lacked basic courtesy and did not once apologize or acknowledge the issue with making guests wait in their car or at the pool with their luggage. Once we asked for a manager a room was magically ready. There was only one elevator in service for our entire building of 8 floors. The mattresses are out dated and uncomfortable. And the plumbing is obviously out dated- every time you flush it seems like it’s going to clog. This used to be our favorite resort and now we will no longer be staying here.

The rooms are rundown, service takes forever. 2 hours to receive the extra pillows and towels we requested. On our 3rd day requested fresh towels they never came. Our first rooms bed was broken. They said it was the box spring and would take 2 hours to change so they changed rooms but took forever to get it figured out. We waited an hour and half to get new keys and rooms. Other than the pool area resort is not up to standard.

The elevator has been down for over a week and they have only 1 elevator working in building 3. It took me 15 mins on wed afternoon to go from the basement to my room in floor 7 ridiculous. Then when we got there the room was not ready at 4 for us to check in they called me at 529 to go in. Our room sink was leaking the floor would get very wet when u let water running while cleaning dishes. Overall it was not a great stay. Sad bc i had high hopes for this place which has great reviews

To start off my parents used to be owners of this timeshare over 15 years ago when it was a gem. Since then I realize that this property has changed ownership a few times however this has to be the worst I have ever experienced! The Cancun has definitely taken a downgrade and as for me and my family I will NEVER stay here again! The rooms are seriously outdated! The parking is horrible and lack thereof, the pool is downright disgusting! You know it’s bad when maintenance is trying to fix the filter system midday while people are swimming and a portion of the pool is closed off because the filtration system is not working. After inspection of the bottom of the pool I quickly gathered my children and got the heck out of there. I could not even begin to describe the horror that lied beneath that water. To top it off the beds were super uncomfortable. I’m so glad that I was only in Las Vegas for two nights for my nephews wedding. Honestly the room and resort were so bad that we didn’t even stay the second night. We drove in from Cali so we had no problem packing up and heading home early! Didn’t even request a refund! They obviously need the cash! I was Smdh at the fact that they had the audacity to give tours of the place! Ha I pity any person contemplating purchasing that timeshare! Please read this review first! You’ve been warned! ;)
