The rooms were spacious and the staff was curtious and helpful. Our room was ready when we checked in at 1:30. The location was great. Close to everything!

Hotel accomodations exceeded our expectations. Staff friendly and very helpful. This was our first time to New York and the location was very convenient to everything. Would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there on our next visit!

A lot of the activities provided by Expedia.com can be reserved ahead of time and make the trip easier and more enjoyable.

Doubletree time square NYC

Great location. Hotel was clean. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Was in town for NYC marathon and hotel was central to all hot spots. I would stay here again. Suite was great. Recommend going to "restaraunt row " or other NYC spots for dining instead of hotel, too pricey and the food is much better elsewhere. Doorman get you a cab in 2 seconds...Enjoy

Great Stay at Doubletree

In October,2009, we spent a night at the Doubletree Hotel on Times Square. We had a great deal of luggage and they helped us store some of it so the suite wouldn’t be too crowded. We eat only kosher food and they were very helpful at the breakfast getting us the things that we needed. The hotel is nice and the staff even nicer.

new york without the shows is sad. Broadway and the theatres are great. Even if a show is not that good, the theatres themselves are just beautiful. The 1/2 price ticket booth is a great way to save if you don’t mind spending at least an hour in line.

In the middle of everything!

Perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere and take the subway (right around the corner) to any destination we wanted. I am sure they are some of the biggest rooms in New York and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

This hotel was right in Times Square so if that is the action you are looking for it fits! It is safe, secure too. Nice lobby bar, coffee bar. Didn’t use the other in house dining - way too many places outside! The view was great from the upper floors. I would surely go back if in the area.

Doubletree Times Square-Awesome!!

Right in the middle of everything with a "city view". Comfortable bed and the room was quiet and dark for sleeping and that’s quite an accomplisment since we could see Times Square out our window. Yummy Cookies!! :)

Cleanleness of DoubleTree Guest Suites

I am the kind of woman who needs to feel clean and comfortable in a hotel, if not I need to ensure the sheets and pillows are covered with a towel in order for me to have a good nights sleep. Guess what ? it was so spotless and clean I didnt need to even think about that, the whole room was so clean I slept like a baby and felt so comfortable

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Make sure you get out and about in New York and have a nice stroll in Central Park to start your break. There are so many beautiful places to see, for me the Empire State Building and Staton Ferry were awesome.

The best hotel stay I’ve ever had!!!!

This hotel was awesome!!! It wasn’t super fancy, but it was well-kept. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable (for four girls with a TON of luggage!!!). The hotel is in such a great location...It’s close to everything...The hotel staff are so awesome and friendly(Mike at the front desk was the best:-)...and the cookies at the front desk...OMG...they are sooo good...I loved this hotel...I would definitely stay here again when I travel to NY.

Avoid taking taxi’s if you can...ride the subway or walk to save some money.

Extraordinary service!!!!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to help us and far above my expectations. Only complaint were the lights were too bright at night, but I chose to be on Times Square that’s not their fault.

Wonderful room and location!

Room was great and very spacious. Fridge, microwave, mini-bar. Room service was also very nice. This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square. The staff made special accomodations for a wheelchair for my mother which was very helpful during our stay. Thanks so much!

Excellent location!

All Around Excellence/Heart of Times Square

I felt as if the pressure was on, since I booked the hotel. I was unsure if it would meet the needs of my family. Safety was first and foremost and the Doubletree has security posted after you walk in the revolving door. You show your room key and you are allowed access to the elevators that take you to the lobby. Warm cookies are given to you upon check-in. The courtesy desk offers tickets at discounted prices to hit plays on Broadway. The housekeeping staff worked around our schedule to clean our room. The doorman would go out in traffic with his whistle to get us a cab! Everyone at Doubletree treated us with respect and courtesy! We had a great time and great accomodations! My family praised me on my choice of hotel for our trip to NYC!

We were in NYC for the opening of my brother’s play. We were so happy to learn that our hotel was only one and a half blocks from the theater. It was a great location for Times Square, Broadway, and local restaurants. McDonald’s is practically next door, and provided opportunities to feed my 9 year old son and 8 year old niece on a moment’s notice.

Double Tree Time Square - Excelent Hotel

This hotel is excellent. The rates are good. Location can’t be best, just few steps from Time Square.

Great Hotel

We stayed in this motel for 3 days and could not have been more satisfied. We got to the city much earlier than expected and we were allowed to check-in as soon as we got there. I would have been satisfied if they just stored our luggage. Staff was top notch in all categories. We loved the location.

Within walking distance from several plays. The TKTS ticket booth is literally right outside the motel entrance.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is close to everything..We had very good service at this hotel and we highly recommend this hotel. You can catch the subway or a taxi in seconds..You are in walking distance to alot of the attraction. The hotel is very safe feeling too..

Awesome value and friendly staff

My husband and I have stayed at several different hotels in NYC. This is the best one for the money. Other places had nice, but tiny rooms. These rooms are large 2 room suites with a large bathroom and a wet bar. I used the bathroom and my husband used the wetbar for getting ready to go out. It was great! Almost like having 2 bathrooms. And the price no more than anyplace else. Another great thing is the location, right in the middle of everything! Stay here!!
