Secret Hideaway

Many don’t know that the Four Seasons is hidden away as the top few floors of the Mandalay Bay. Private entrance and elevators. Upgraded to a room with a spectacular view of the strip. It’s at the top end of the strip, so a bit less centrally located than others, but perfect for those who don’t really want to be in the heart of the action. Pools are closed over winter, though you can use those at Mandalay Bay. Had a wonderful massage at the Spa, which was top notch.

Classy Oasis in Vegas

Wonderful peaceful place. It was an oasis in a city of loud casinos, crazy traffic and people everywhere. We could venture out into the chaos and then retreat back into our resort. Our poodle was treated with the same respect that was given to us. The staff was nothing less than perfect!

Classy and beautiful

We were in Las Vegas to attend the National Finals Rodeo, Robin Williams at MGM Grand and Menopause the Musical which is playing at the Luxor. The Four Seasons occupies the top floors of Mandalay Bay. Our room was "strip view" - gorgeous furnishings, lovely bed, bath, everything about it was just wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the Four Seasons. I requested a quiet room away from the elevator banks etc. and that is what we received. The food in the dining room was excellent also.

Highly recommend!

I was in Las Vegas for business and the hotel was perfect. The room was great and the hotel staff and service were excellent. The absence of a casino setting and the non-smoking status of the hotel was ideal for my needs. I received a great price for my room primarily, I think, due to the huge availability of rooms on the strip.

LV for a non-gambler

We loved the FS. As we are non-gamblers looking for peace and quiet, it was perfect. Definitely would go back. While the location is at the end of the strip, it was not much of an inconvenience.

Such a good deal on Expedia

The only place I would want to stay in Vegas now. Expedia special rate was a great deal. Sitting out by the pool was heavenly and felt like being on a tropical isle.

Great Escape

We love the Four Seasons. Service is outstanding. Nice to get away from all the "trappings" of Las Vegas. Pool and poolside service great as well. Eggs Benedict in the Verandah are the best ever!!

It’s OK...but not up to other Four Seasons standards that we have experienced

The only upside compared to staying at THE Hotel or Mandalay Bay which it is part of and shares the same facilities with is the fact you can breathe and not feel like you are chain smoking along with the rest of the guests.

Awesome dining at the Foundation room, best rack of lamb ever.

The BEST place to stay in Vegas

This hotel is unique: although it is part of the Mandalay Bay building, it’s floors/rooms/lobby are completely separate. And, it is immaculate, quiet and a breath of quiet in otherwise busy, noisy, smoky Vegas. It is one of the few hotels without a casino on the main floor. Charlie Palmer is a great restaurant, and the staff were fabulous. We would not stay anywhere else if we returned to Vegas. It is a great place.

Must see Cirque du Soleil "LOVE" - the show about the Beatles. Amazing and breathtaking, but acoustically the most perfect Beatles music you will ever hear.

Looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel is 5 star all the way. Rooms are constantly being serviced with towels; glasses; ice; at least twice per day. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Credit to the General Manager for running a smooth operation.

Traveler's tip on dining

While the food was very good; not excellent, they have some way to go to top the SW Steak House at the Wynn.

In Las Vegas without it being in your face

Typical Four Seasons quality, excellent service. A great escape from Casino Madness of other LV hotels. The only downfall is the restaurant where it is under staffed thus slow service but the food was good.

Service, service, service

This is a lovely hotel but the service was beyond any expectations we might have had. The hotel staff went above and beyond - every day. We’d certainly stay here again and again.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

In downtown Las Vegas, the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute is almost completed. It is a Frank Gehry design - very interesting.

Wonderful, quiet oasis...you will not want to stay anywhere else

Service is the name of the game at the Four Seasons, from the moment you arrive, you will notice the difference from other Vegas properties. This was my 20th trip to Las Vegas, and having stayed at nearly all of the 4-5 star hotels in town, I was spoiled this trip. Its not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. The pampering at the pool, the private "secret door" to the casino ect. And one of the most helpful concierge desks I have had the pleasure of using.

Kid Friendly and no casino noise

This overnight stay was a treat for my 11 year old son’s birthday. I called ahead to ask about any amenities for kids The reservationist was wonderful and said they would make a little cake for him which shocked me. When we got there, the reservation had been changed and was no longer on our arrival date but for the next day. I had the documentation, and there was plenty of vacancy so it wasn’t a problem. The next day a beautiful mousse cake with his name on it was sent to the room. I asked for an extension of check out time which was granted. We accessed the Mandalay Bay and played in the Lazy River and in the wave pool. The pool staff found out it was his birthday and brought him frozen grapes and then routinely with the other guests served frozen melon balls and cucumbers. The birthday boy really liked that. The bed and linens in the room were so exceptional, my son and I both agreed we could have slept all day. We will be back knowing the secret key to the Mandalay Bay craziness --always good to have that in your back pocket. We also walked around in the Manadalay Bay casino area but were so grateful to find the "secret door" back to the 4 Seasons. For my son’s birthday, we asked the Concierge to suggest a really fun place and they directed us to the Rain Forest Cafe which truly was magical. I was disappointed that the concierge never asked to make us a reservation and arrange special seating for us. I also had a chance to enjoy the steam room and I really enjoyed that.

Call ahead and let them know it is a family/kid situation.

Serenity in Vegas (except at the pool)

The hotel was beautiful. Clean, relaxing, comfortable beds, great food, and best of all probably the most serene place in Vegas. I didn’t realize it was located at the top of the Mandalay Bay which was a pleasant suprise. My only complaint would be the pool staff. They were not very attentive. We had to flag someone down everytime we wanted to order anything which took awhile. We were very rushed to order lunch as one of the waitresses was getting off her shift. Also, we were not offered the infamous "four seasons frozen fruit and evian spritz" that the resorts are known for. Other than our experiences at the pool, we would definitely recommend this a place to stay!

I love the four seasons. Vegas without the chaos.

We brought two cats to this hotel because one of them was a new kitten. They had a welcome package waiting for us and the cats. Service was awesome. They are always asking what they can do for you. Sometimes it’s embarrassing. My wife and I witnessed a lady be rude to the staff, and the staff responded in such a professional manner that really served to not upset anyone. Nice work! The hotel is on the VERY south end of the strip, but it is connected to the Luxor, THE Hotel, Mandalay Bay, and Excalibur.

Calm in the Storm

Quiet (Top 5 floors of the Mandalay Bay) with its own partitioned entrance and pool. The staff was gracious and attentive.

It’s what the Four Seasons strive for...

The service could not be faulted and the room was very clean and well maintained. I was there on business and did not get a chance to use the facilities, most of which are in common with the Mandalay Bay. For those that are not aware this hotel occupies the top (5 I think) floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel, but does have a separate entrance/foyer section. I will be returning with the family.

An incredible experience

This was our first stay at a Four Seasons, and we were duly impressed. The service and hotel were perfect. As an added bonus, we were upgraded to the presidential suite. We couldn’t stop laughing at the absurd level of luxury. The hotel is located on top floors of Mandalay Bay, which I find to be one of the more pleasant casinos on the strip due to its spaciousness and end-of-the-strip quiet. If you want to avoid the casino it is no problem: the entrances are seperate and card-locks prevent non-guests from entering Four Seasons, which remains an island of calm in a pretty crazy part of the world.
