Hilton Grand Vacations Suites at SeaWorld

Beautiful Hotel! Superb Service!

From the moment you step out of your car, door’s are being opened for you and they personally escort you to the front desk. The service was excellent. We got the jacuzzi suite with a kingsize bed for a very reasonable price. My husband thought the jacuzzi might just be a normal bathtub with jets but to our surprise we found a very comfortable large suite with full amenities like a kitchen, washer and dryer and an awesome shower. The jacuzzi was huge with room for two. We were exhausted after going to SeaWorld all day so it was nice to throw in a load of laundry and have a full kitchen. The only complaint I have is the volume on the TV in the bedroom was not working. By the time we realized this we were too tired to call the front desk and move to another room or the TV get fixed. Although I am sure they would have promptly fixed it. Overall the stay was amazing and wish we had time to enjoy all of the propertys amenities!

Hated to leave

My husband and I stayed for one night, the day before we checked into a resort for our "magical" vacation. We had a king suite with whirlpool tub. From the first moment we arrived, I was impressed with the condition of the grounds and room as well as the staff. We felt like we were stepping down going to the other resort and many times during this vacation wished we were back at the Hilton. We will return there next time we want a three day weekend getaway.

No hot water

My husband took a shower the evening of our stay and didn’t have any hot water. We informed the people at the desk (who didn’t really seem to care). They informed us it would be looked into. The next morning I took a shower and still not hot water. Not very happy with this stay.

Stayed 3 nights for relaxing, pool and tennis...wonderful and looking forward to going back again.

Would go back again, possibly with family in a larger unit...Staff very polite, friendly. Stayed in studio which was enough for us...Snacks and light breakfast was all we needed....Can’t wait to bring our 3 yr. old granddaughter back, she would love it and they have so much activities for the children...

Resort was great...2 tennis courts in quiet area, wonderful relaxing spas and pools. You don’t really need to go anywhere, which is exactly what we wanted to celebrate an anniversary.....

Vacation Club with plenty of activities.

Quiet, Clean vacation club accross the street from Sea World. Expedia desk on site. Movie theater right off the lobby with a first run movie every night. Pools, Hot tubs, waterfalls, fountains and plenty of organized activities. We have stayed in dozens of Orlando area hotels and this ONE was great. Very pleased.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

RENT a car at the airport, You will need it to get around. You can walk to Sea World but that’s about it outside the Club.

Very comfortable!!

Service was a little bit slow, but room was large, clean and very comfortable.

Loved it and would go back again and again

This hotel had everything you can imagine. The children always had something to do whether they were in the pool or on the playground. Movie night was also great for the children.

Great Room, Great Location!

Hotel was in a super location, across the street from Seaworld, down the street (2-min) from Discovery Cove, 10 min from great dining off Intl. Drive just past Convention Center, within a few miles of Disney, and about 6 minutes to my meeting place at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes. Also very close to major outlet shopping. Room was very nice, new and attractive decor, handy kitchenette, screened porch and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again!!

WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

We stayed at the hamilton house for 5 nights. First thing was a leaky sink, water laying in cabinet. Air conditioning went out on the first night. Was told would be repaired, never was. They brought in portable air and was loud,no sleep! For are displeasures with the room they gave us a whopping 40 dollars of food credit. WE WILL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME

Great place to stay!!

We were very happy with our stay. Pools were great. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very close to attractions and good restaurants close by. We would definately stay there again.

Near Seaworld

This was a great hotel across the street from Seaworld. Excellent price for an exceptional hotel.

I was upgraded to a suite which was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay.

Plenty of stuff to do just at the resort if you didnt want to visit the area attractions. The pools were spacious, clean, and well kept. The main pool has a variety of services around it for the whole family from dining, kids entertainment, ping pong and so much more. A truely nice place.

Nice hotel

Overall hotel kept up nicely...room walls are very thin though and had disruptive neighbors. But service was friendly and features like pools were great.

Cant wait to go back

We only stayed one night but the staff was great and we recived a gift basket. The room was clean and is close to everything.

like a paridise everything close even the trolly,everyone is nice dont even hafto leave the resort at all,all day they have free events lots of kids great food about 20 pickup and reasonable price,many pools pool table shuffle board ping pong great service,saving for next april to stay there again.

can get 1/2 price tickets in kissime on international blvd. ripleys is a must to see and gatorland.the hilton shuttle takes you everwhere for $6 round trip,weather was perfect no bugs in aprio never rained breezy and sunny.

Great Resort

Hotel room very comfortable and lots of room. Centrally located to all attractions. Excellent pool, spa area with a nice restaurant/bar and a handy shop for those things you forgot.

Loved it!

I was very impressed with the complex including my room, the pools, and grounds. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night. My only two complaints are the walls between rooms are thin and you could hear the next-door neighbors easily, and my screened-in balcony looked directly into palm trees at close range. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back!

Seaworld was basically down the street and easy to get to.

Not the very best

I was very surprised with being a Hilton hotel that this was not as nice as I expected. Also, had some construction around pool that was not mentioned in ad. Oh, the shuttle service to Sea World was different also - you had to be very specific on times you wanted to come and go which was not very user friendly.

Not many dining options "near by". We went to an Outback that was supposed to be close but was quite a ways.

My staty at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club Sea World was absolutely wonderful! The staff was able to accomodate my early arrival and everyone, from the doorman to the lobby transportation to and from my room was very polite and went out of their way to make sure my stay at the hotel was the enjoyable. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family! It’s the friendliest and cleanest hotel I have had the pleasure staying at.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

I stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with my son, but there is a pull-out sofa that converts to a bed. It was just perfect!

Would definitely go back!

Hotel facilities and grounds were very nice. Buildings could use a second elevator though.

Can’t wait to go back

MY boyfriend and I loved the hotel it was a short distance walk from Sea World and it was so nice to have a pool right outside our room. The room was very clean and loved the towel swan on our bed. We will go back there when we travel to Orlando again!!

Spectacular Pool

The hotel was great; the staff was nothing but fabulous to us. Their pool or pools are amazing; if you have children; you can spend all day at the pool and have a great time!
