It only takes one bad experience to ruin what was for the most part a great time and that's what happened in this instance. Personal property was stolen on broad daylight with no resolution.

This is a great family friendly place. I really like the play area. I do think that English could be spoken more. nothing against other language, just not everyone is bilingual.

This property was super unsafe my door wouldnā€™t lock and when I told them about it they said ā€œthey were out of roomsā€ The a/c also wasnā€™t working at all and the Wi-Fi was off. So we sat there in a hot room sweating just staring at the walls until I booked another room else where. They wouldnā€™t refund our booking and we were literally there for 4 hours. They are very unprofessional. When you talk to the staff they try to rush you through a conversation. Also itā€™s not a resort itā€™s a motel 8 . The pictures make it look so great and the front desk area looks amazing but once you get to your room youā€™ll be upset. Good luck to you definitely donā€™t recommend

Terrible place! Supposed to be for children. It was completely dirty with roaches and dirty sheets. We could not stay there for more than 5 minutes, Iā€™m still waiting for them to refund my money. It is called to be a resort when what really is a motel. The front desk has a nasty attitude and very rude. If you hate somebody send them to this place.

We werenā€™t sure what to expect with the price being so low. Pleasantly surprised! Nothing fancy but everything was great. Clean, friendly, convenient. We were just passing through so we didnā€™t get to use the amenities but everything looked nice. Soccer and sand volleyball. Wish we could have stayed longer! Breakfast was great too! The waffles were better than most of the do it yourself waffles. Kids loved the Mickey Mouse shapes!
