For the price, this was clean and quiet and perfect for our one night stay. My only complaint is that there is only one elevator for the whole complex, so if you are leaving around check out time, you will probably be waiting 10 minutes. The check out process was quick even with how many people were also doing so, so save yourself the trouble and take the stairs and you'll be out in 5 minutes or less.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. My room was filthy. Dust and mold everywhere. Thereā€™s no way they are cleaning these rooms daily. The couch had dirt stains all over it. The couch bed had no bed cover over it there was a blood stain on the bed. Mold all over the lampā€™s. I went down stairs to let them know how dirty the room was the girl at the front desk did nothing the didnā€™t offer any Accommodations. I showed them pictures of everything they told me a had to wait until the morning to talk to a manager. I stayed up all night because I couldnā€™t sleep in that dirty room. The pictures must be from when they first open the rooms look nothing like that.

The staff really didnā€™t understand English. I complained about not having water and they didnā€™t do anything. we had to wait 5 hours one day to use the pool. They said it was under maintenance. I didnā€™t have enough towels and I was told I would receive house keeping services every 3 days and that wasnā€™t true. I had to request service. Finally, The breakfast they offer was terrible. Im disappointed

There were roaches everywhere. Breakfast was terrible, limited and bad overall. And when we arrived there were 5 police cars and an ambulance that had us concerned all night. There was mold in the bathroom and in the bedroom the furniture was tearing apart.
