It’s an old hotel with paint, and what looks like quite a few layers. It’s ok but old and needs a full renovation. It’s basically a 1980 style setup with fresh paint and early 2000 carpets. TV, ya 12 channels and low definition. No guide. Not a smart TV. Had an ok kitchenette. Beds were old and need new mattresses as too soft or caved in. Sheets were good. Bathroom was old. Everything needs a redo. Functional unless you need a plug on the sink and would be nice to have a pressure reducer on faucet. Dangerous that 120v electrical was exposed as no cover on wall plug. Parking sufficient. Staff was prompt and efficient. There is just too much cover up of things to make it look better with paint when it should be gutted. If you can handle well used beds or soft beds then this place is a typical $110 a night older type of hotel.

Sandman Signature was always one of the top picks in the City. Location is very good, being downtown and close to the park. Unfortunately, the hotel is need of a major renovation. Rooms are starting to get run down and the beds are terrible. Until a reno happens, I will likely choose to stay elsewhere.
