"Dirty bed sheets smelt of unwashed dirty hair. Reported it same night we were there but they said they will come next day to change it. Washed it in the washing machine instead. Used a whole pack of dettol wipes for the floor but it was still black. Son got bitten all over. Check under the mattress cover of the bed if you do intend to book. You will be grossed out and shocked. Wasting my energy to post this since I stayed only 2 nights but spare yourself this grotesque place"

"Very clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is accessible to all the part of Antwerp that we wanted to visit. However the walls of the rooms are very thin and the amenities basic (only shampoo, no conditioner, for example), the keyless entry code to your room is quite loud to enter (especially when your partner is sleeping), but overall an excellent hotel "

"Great overnight stay on my journey from Denmark to the UK. Everything was really great. At arrival I was at first a bit disappointed to find that their parking spaces were full and that I had to go find one outside the hotel, but parking was very easy to come by on the streets outside the hotel and it’s free. "Super conveniently situated next to Antwerpen Centraal station. An exceptionally slimmed down place as far as hotels go. Breakfast was included. What it doesn;t say until you check in is that you will have go across the square to a sister hotel. Through the pouring rain, the freezing fog and whatever happens to come down at that point. There is no bar, obviously no restaurant, sound proofing is non-existent and the whole feeling is one of tiredness. Worn flooring, stained bathroom surfaces....
