“⛔️🆘Gehen Sie auf keinen Fall in dieses Hotel! Das gesamte Personal besteht aus nur drei Personen Vater, Mutter und Sohn , die alle Arbeiten selbst erledigen. Der Umgang mit den Gästen ist äußerst unfreundlich und respektlos. Außerdem sind sie unehrlich und irreführend. Auf der Website wird angegeben, dass Frühstück inklusive ist. Tatsächlich bekommt man lediglich einen Teller mit einer verdorbenen Tomatenscheibe, zwei alten Gurkenscheiben, einem Ei, zwei schlecht gebackenen Brötchen und……

“Staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. It is a beautiful location in the mountains, and the pool is great with gorgeous view of the sea. However, be aware the property lacks amenities. We arrived at 4pm very hungry and were told the kitchen was closed until 7pm and there is no place to purchase any sort of snacks or food outside of restaurant service and they could do nothing for us except to say sorry. Hotel room is clean and spacious with a great bed, but no safe in the room,……

“Beautiful roof terrace with sea views. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location just 5 minutes walk from beautiful beaches. My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil. I feel the room could have been in slightly better condition as some small things were broken or close to the end of their life such as the toilet brush and bin. I would have appreciated some small additions such as a chair……

“Wir haben spontan für eine Nacht gebucht und wir mussten bei Ankunft nur ca. 1 Stunde auf das Zimmer warten. Wir durften uns sogar in einem Zimmer kurz umziehen gehen, dass Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfreich. Es hat einen Pool und genügend Liegestühle um sich zu Sonnen. Die Rezeption ist draussen, was sehr schön ist. Für die Gäste hat es eine Garage wo man die Autos parkieren kann. Der Strand ist auf der anderen Strassenseite und es gibt Liegestühle nur für die Hotelgäste. Der Strand……

“Small place, amazing location and has been doing upgrades every year, keeps getting better. Clean bed, clean shower, great aircon and WiFi that works ... Amazing Owners! I had a small issue in the middle of the night, met them by accident on the street and they went above and beyond to fix the small problem. Best basic hotel in Sarandë!”
