"We had an overall great stay- nice hotel with a nice breakfast, large rooms, and free EASY parking (that's a big deal in Pittsburgh). However, one of the breakfast attendants was incredibly rude. She made a snide comment to me and then proceeded to go in the back room, with the door open (!), and talk about me more!
