“Check in seemed longer than I expected & not especially friendly. The room appeared clean at first but the desk chair was dangerously broken down & the chair & ottoman were filthy with so many spots we didn’t go near it, let alone sit on them! The room we had was close to the highway & very loud with traffic noises of all types. The toilet trickled water nonstop (more noise) & the toilet set was cracked. The bed was comfortable in spite of the high, built up box platform with a steel support. I……

“A very different stay was my experience BUT in a GOOD WAY. The cabin design is enjoyable, you might think your in the mountains but it’s still Clarinda Iowa however some very good restaurants do exist in a town of five thousand it’s remarkable…. I recommend ”

“Breakfast was limited. Cold cereal, toast, coffee/juice. Used to have a waffle maker with previous mgmt. Reasonable price so no major complaints! ”
