“I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. We were 4 adults with 2 rooms and thwy were both beautiful!!! The hotel is so beautifully decorated and thw grounds are stunning. “They had no knowledge of my booking and had to make a couple of phone calls before they found it. There was no greeting on arrival and the reception desk was behind metal bars. There was also no airport transfer and no way of getting to the airport. I did not stay at the hotel and would recommend checking carefully any booking. ”

“My family of 4 stayed at this property and were impressed by the rooms and the location. It was a little difficult to find but this was one of the reasons we liked it.
