“Bad cleaning in the room and bathroom, totally unheigenic and diagusting. They lack professional house keeping staff and only focus on making money. Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned. “This is a Scam. They charged my friend for whom I booked this hotel more than double the price at the property to check in when, in fact, I made the complete payment online. They did not even provide them with the free breakfast as advertised and as per my booking. The staff was rude. ”

“Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. ”
