“I would not recommend staying at Adonis Hotel in St. Maarten. The property is very run down and in poor condition. Our first room had a strong mold smell, and although we were switched to a second room, it still smelled musty and had visible mold in the corner and around the air-conditioning unit. The only somewhat positive aspect is the lobby, which has been renovated, but even that felt cheaply done and shabby, with things like light switches painted over.
