“We chose this hotel for the pool - website stated pool would be out of order through March. It is now April yet the pool was NOT open and the manager claimed this was clearly stated on the website….which it was not. It stated through March. Not friendly or helpful.”

“The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!”

“I wanted to try the pool it’s very inviting. Heather was very helpful and the maintenance man came promptly and fixed an issue. ”

“My room smelled like dog pee they allow dogs so they couldnt change my room because it was at ful capacity .... Which means they've made tons of money on this property they should spend some money on the cleaning products.....just so you know I rather of stayed in my truck for two days instead of pee smelled room I am a semi truck driver I paid a little more for a Travelodge rather then the red hotel that was next to my job stayed here for two nights and my room smelled strongly of dog urine……
