“First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light……

“A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located adjacent to San Juan's main street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so.
