“A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. It has all the services and comfort of a hotel, but with a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. I would also like to mention the airport……

“Our stay was fine. But because of the price, we had higher expectations. We could have stayed in another nearby resort with similar reviews at half the price and were kind of wishing we had-though we didn’t see those resorts for ourselves. We had an ocean view room that was roomy. The bed comfortable and AC worked great. The bathroom-large and clean. But even with plenty of space, there is no place to put toiletries or hang wet things. Just a single sink. Amenities were lacking. I usually……

“I booked this place but it was a scam although the place exists. After arriving from the UK to the place in Ghana, the security didn’t allow me and my family to enter inside the complex, telling us that no caretaker has informed them of their ur arrival. I phoned the number left on the website for this property countless of times but it was not connecting. So in the middle of the night my family and I had to look for another place to stay. We never entered the the building. I went to the……

“Don’t take the chance to book this place. Received a confirmation booking…arrived at 5:53 and the gate would not let us in because we did not have an apartment number given to us. The confirmation printed out/receipt was not good enough. Called the front desk and the receptionist said there was no booking under my name. Since we were from out of country and had no where to go stayed in the parking lot trying to talk to someone or find out who we rented the apartment to. The people at the gate……

“1. Poor coordination. The hotel staff said we did not have our reservation at check-in even after showing the staff a copy of our booking confirmation and payment receipt from Hotels.com. It took a while for the staff to confirm our reservation from management. 2. False advertisement. We booked a luxury double room with a balcony. The hotel does not have any room with its own balcony. This is false advertising about availability of room with a balcony. The staff wanted to redirect us to a……
