"The owner refused the booking telling the hotel is overbooked after arrival, however it was guaranteed confirmation for 3 rooms. It was terrible experience and have to find other hotel where mostly all hotels already booked. It was very terrible behaviour from the hotel staff after very long journey with the family. Have to pay a lot more on the last minute booking at other hotel."
