“We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. The employee didn’t offer us wifi or water, but made an espresso drink for another guest of the property. After an hour of waiting, we were offered to go to our room: a shared room with the other travelers ahead of us in line. This was……

“No había toalla de manos en el baño. La atención no estuvo mal pero estaría mejor si la señora no estaría presente. Parece brava y le falta carisma para estar en servicio al cliente. Los desayunos muy básicos. Si estás pagando por el desayuno esperas un buen plato de frutas, incluso que ofrezcan leche, están en una de las mejores zonas ganaderas. ”
