“They refused my prepaid reservation because my India drivers license was expired and I do not have an Aadhaar card. They did not accept my Canadian passport. There was no mention on the webpage that only Indian nationals are allowed to stay. The lobby and reception looked very nice and I was looking forward to my stay.”

“It's a decent place but still feels a bit too compact. Stayed there for 3 days and the last day we didn't have hot water and the staff weren't that helpful. Parking can be a hassle as there is limited parking spots. The place was tidy but some mosquitoes would appear from nowhere. Decent place for the price but staff need to be more attentive and helpful.”
