“Whoever cleaned did a terrible job. The floors were dirty and the bathroom floor was not washed. There was old plaster that had fallen from the crack in the corner. I will never stay there again. I had to wash my feet after walking thru the bathroom area. The tv remote didn’t work. There was noise coming in from the street”

“I paid $453 for one night at this hotel, and after seeing the first room they assigned us, I honestly would not have let a stray animal stay there. To begin with, I was told check-in was not until 4:30 p.m. Since we were attending a graduation, I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. to see whether our room might be ready early. Imagine my surprise when I saw a sign clearly stating that check-in time was actually 3:00 p.m. When I questioned the front desk clerk about the discrepancy, she claimed it was……

“For it's location, the property is excellent. Overall, it was very good. The staff are super friendly and courteous. The amenities are not the best, but also not bad at all. If you need to stay in Winters, Texas...this IS ABSOULTELY WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. The hotel is average is most ways. It is maintained well and is very clean and there is nothing offensive here at all. I would say that the fitness center needs to open earlier than 6:00 am and probably should be 24 hours like most places. I had……
