“Carpets where super stained. Mattresses were old and very dirty. Roaches in the tub. They were short staffed and our room did not get cleaned. They only took dirty towels to wash and never brought them back. We had to go and look for the cleaning staff and ask clean towels late in the evening. “I paid $453 for one night at this hotel, and after seeing the first room they assigned us, I honestly would not have let a stray animal stay there. To begin with, I was told check-in was not until 4:30 p.m. Since we were attending a graduation, I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. to see whether our room might be ready early.
