“Suites were very nice, clean, coffee and tea in the room. Dishes, cups, and cutlery as well. microwave and coffee maker also in room. Lots of towels. Pillows were very comfy. Pool side very nice with patio chairs and tables. Lots of free parking on site. Near Lots of amenities- restaurants, shopping, gas stations. 24/7 staffed front desk. Easy check-in and check-out.”

“Overall a decent place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and organized. Pool was not swimable following morning but considering there was rain the night before it was understandable. I'm sure it just wasn't cleaned out yet. Best part was very good breakfast considering it's a hotel breakfast. Rooms have older furniture and beds were hard and uncomfortable. Lousy pillows made it even worse. Upgrade the beds and I'll give 5 star for the price point.”

“I would recommend this place to everyone. We were sad to leave. The manager went above and beyond. There were numerous added touches to make it feel like a home and welcoming. I have never stayed at such a clean place while traveling. Everything about it was perfect. We enjoyed the gym, pool, and splash pad. The groundskeepers were all extremely nice as well. It was a great great experience.”

“Overall, property was good and it was clean. The instructions were very clear. Checkin was a breeze. Only thing the area seemed a bit skethy but the place was nice inside considering this. ”

“This was a great house. Large rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Play room if you have kids. 20 min from Palatka. 45 from Gainesville. Stayed here and went to Morgan Wallen concert in Gainesville. Very easy drive. There is a grocery store, Dollar General, CVS, couple fast food restaurants, all within 4/5 miles. My son used to fish in palatka, on St John’s river, and this would be a great place to stay for those tourneys. Communication was great. Check in was very easy, and it was……
