“The cottage was perfect for a two night stay with our Golden Retriever. The location was ideal for morning and evening walks through the beautiful neighborhood. We walked to dinner each night, and were able to enjoy the old historic homes and see everyone getting ready for the holiday season. We missed the tree lighting downtown by one weekend, however we hope to come back next year and if the cottage is available we will definitely stay there again. “This was one of the nicest stays I’ve had in a very long time. Where to begin….before you even arrive, the hosts are very responsive and helpful. If you leave a message they reply right away. The historic location is beautiful, large trees, and a fairly quiet neighborhood. If you wanted to walk or jog, it’s a perfect spot, and seemed close to downtown. Once at the property, you discover it is charming, welcoming and clean. They seem to have thought of everything! The kitchen is well-enough……
