“Great location and access to the beach. The pool was always quiet since it’s adults only. The rooms were spacious and had great AC. The breakfast in the morning was made fresh and tasted great and the staff were very welcoming!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Victorian House! The room and bathroom as well as the sitting area in our bedroom were pristine, bright and tastefully decorated. The staff was very courteous , helpful and went out of their way to make our trip super pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and very elegantly presented. The homemade cookies that were available throughout the day were absolutely decadent! It was fun to meet and chat with other guests while nibbling on simple but delicious appetizers……

“Great property. Enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour. Also enjoyed the bikes. Not too far of a ride to the lighthouse and beach. Easy walk into the heart of things. Lots of thoughtful touches in the cottage and available in the main space. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Juan and staff went above and beyond but especially Juan. We had a little hiccup in our room and within moments, Jaun made everything right and then some. He was so extremely friendly and helpful our entire stay. The staff really made the room a better experience. Great location to everything and great food as well.”

“Situated a few minutes from historic downtown, this B&B is perfect for anyone who just wants to park the car for a few days! It's very convenient for walking around downtown, or if you don't want to walk, try the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus. They even sell tickets for this at the B&B! Just ask! The staff are super helpful and friendly! We stayed in the Sapphire Room on the first floor, which we later found out was on the corner of two streets (Cordova and Cuna)! It was very noisy both nights……

“Quick weekend trip to historic St Augustine to visit with my son who attends Flagler. B&B was in a perfect location within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was great and room as advertised. Parking was tight, but it was at least on site. ”
