“This place has a rat infestation. My parents were in one of the beachfront cottage and they saw a rat in their cottage. Unfortunately this was no surprise to the management as they admitted to complaints made by other guests for that cottage. “After checking in, we were given an old room. The bedside lamp was broken and even had cobwebs on it. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a damaged water tank, a dirty sink, and a bathtub covered with black spots. After we complained, the hotel finally moved us to a newer room, but only after charging an additional ₱1,400 per night on top of what I had already paid.
