“The staff is over the top accommodating. Loved them. The property is beautiful and worth the stay. We staying in the king bed room and while amazing it did have a couple issues. Rain that night caused us to have to close the storm shutter which then blocks all the fresh air flow and without air conditioning option it got hot. Also with the rain there is a well known water leak in the roof that drips and was very irritating to listen to trying to sleep”

“Ok, couldn’t get breakfast, we still went to the place and the guy was trying to charge us . I contacted Ana and said it’s 1 pm and we still trying to eat, he did agree to pack us 10 lunches to make up for missed breakfast . Ana didn’t fix any issues, we couldn’t cancel the next night on Expedia we asked Ana listen we deserve a refund at least for one night of the 4 rooms we reserved.
