“We had a great time at the resort! Clean and very friendly environment! The moment we entered the place, we already felt the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff! Special mention to Marielle and Ace! Although some area are still under construction, like water park, more kubo to stay and additional glamping domes in the future, we know that this is a place for family, barkada and couple or single to enjoy! The restaurants added convenience to your stay! Glad that there’s a resort……

“The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor. It was really inconvenient that late. The room with hot water was dirty and not renovated like the second floor. Aldo there are dangerous wild dogs in the parking lot that growled at the guests. That’s completely unacceptable. ”

“The worst hotel I've ever been to, I paid 80 dollars for one night and it should be a 1-star hotel the worst you can find, better than writing and seeing the photos I posted to see the reality of the hotel .The mini bar didn't work, the water in the sink wasn't clogged, the toilet poured water underneath, the air conditioning was from the 1850s and made noise that couldn't be sleep , the small lunch is better not to try, The water to drink you had to go out of the room to fill the jar,I had two……

“Mylene the care taker is superb. The place is quiet which is a plus, too quiet that we were the only guests. Breakfast food was native and delicious. ”

“Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life ”

“ I cannot begin to say how disappointed I am. Please let me explain. I booked the hotel for the following reasons that are on your list & advertised. * Free wifi / Sauna / Spa / steam room / mini bar / breakfast / ...... but none of these actually exist. I am a business man & have to go to the reception to get any wifi !!! The staff are very friendly but the following problems occured. * the mattress on the bed had the wire springs almost poking through (this they did replace) * the air……
