“Stayed 5 nights. Everyday they tried to deal with ants but they never disappeared. My request to change the room wasn't accepted either.
Other than that, good quality and their service was normal and you cannot expect much.”

“We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found……
