“Fantastic location opposite Icon Mall. Used mall to access beach. Close to many restaurants, spas, laundry, mini marts, Apotek etc. Felt safe there. Breakfast is not buffet style - made to order 1 plate of Western - eggs, toast, bacon or sausage, or Indo - rice or noodles. Plus a plate of fruit. Gorgeous pool area. Sometimes had it to myself. Some construction noise around the pool at times. Ground floor suite room was spacious. Huge bed. Clean enough although grout and skirting boards in……

“The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. “Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location. ”
