“For sure it was the best resort experience of mine. We stayed in the pool suite, the room was pretty big, private pool was awesome to have floating breakfast and use after public pool closed, and the view was fantastic that when we woke up we could see the ocean right away in bed. The public pool and beach were also inviting, where we spent lots of time enjoying. Food and beverage in the resort were nice, so we literally ate and drank all the time there. Finally, staff were very friendly and……

“I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session.”

“The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible.”
