“Everything was amazing! Just like the pictures listed!”

“Unfortunately this property is not well maintained. Especially bathrooms. In urgent need of refurbishment especially if property wants to continue charging current prices. Also advertising of what is available. For example stating there will be a turndown service etc. when there is none, bottled water available daily is infact a large bottle in kitchen. No jug initally for boiling water for tea or coffee and coffee filters supplied but no coffee maker. The staff on site during day do there best……

“Villa was in a good location- not too busy and not too far from supermarkets, local laundry service, atm and an easy ride to restaurants in various locations. Facilities excellent but be aware sometimes the electricity overloads and you just need to reset the switch on the board if it trips. ”

“Very clean. Staff were outstanding. Prompt service, nothing was too much trouble. Food was also excellent. Gardens beautiful and private pool was awesome.”

“入住的第一晚浴室花灑就已經是壞的，而且和洗手盆一樣水流時大時小。男朋友在室外的範圍還看見老鼠。一般到過的villa和酒店都要洗漱用品提供，這裡沒有。 然後第二晚洗手盆下面的水管還漏水。 第三天早上水電都沒，我真無言了。 早餐很一般。地理位置算偏避，但南部算密集，所以還好。 雖然問題多多，大部分都解決的了，當然這些問題一開始就不該出現。”

“住宿整體環境一流，員工也非常親切！ 交通尚算方便，距離庫塔區車程也約十分鐘而已。 房內設施充足，令人滿意”

“The villa was located in a nice quite laneway just a short walk to the shops. The pool was fantastic and the bedrooms were all a great size. We did get some water leaking through the upstairs bedroom when it rained. But in all had a great stay.”
