"The staff was amazing ! The rooms were soooo beautiful. I loved the natural aspect of my surroundings from the “nest” to the pools right off the balcony ! I felt like I was in a Balinese experience the whole time rather than a hotel or resort! Shout out to angga our butler as well as Suarni and Dwi the chef at the resort who showed us how to cook like a n Indonesian! I can’t wait to come back!"

"Very underwhelming stay and I feel like the reviews so far are a little misleading. Room and property was clean and free bike hire. That’s about it for the highlights. Lowlights. Nowhere to sit around the pool. A few lounge beds that were not close to the pool and when you were in the pool it was like you were in the bar. Not relaxing. Property is nowhere near finished and even when it is I don’t think it will be up to scratch. Went to check in a little before the time. Property was completely empty. Staff said they would WhatsApp us when the room was ready and it was a roasting hot day. No WhatsApp message before the check in time or after and no offer for towels and to sit around the pool whilst we waited for the room to be ready. Bathroom wasn’t great for a recently renovated room either. Wouldn’t say it was modern. Would not return "

"Hotel was quite old and a bit run down, rooms were very basic for the Grande Spa room. Amazing location, but wouldn’t stay there again. It’s very big and wasn’t fussed at all on the rooms or buffet breakfast "

"Our first trip to Bali, and I really enjoyed this area. Good choices of restaurants around and the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the grounds are kept so tidy by all the gardeners. We really enjoyed the adult section (Club Santrian) so there were no kids running about. Would have been nice to have drinks and snacks served to us during the day in that area. "
