“I booked Kloe hotel based on the recommendation of another friend who had stayed here. This hotel is located right near shopping, restaurants but located on a quieter part of the area. The decor is very Brooklyn and reminds of a hipster hotel. Reasonable rates. They leave you a basket of Malaysian cookies and candies and have 2 carafes of filtered water for you. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. “Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions.
