“Unfortunately I won’t stay at this motel again, there was nothing wrong with the room as a matter of fact I was very happy with it.
When we arrived the desk person said we had paid for a higher rated room than had been allocated so they swapped the room. I said we would be leaving early and asked if there was a key box. There was. Tired after a long day of work and travelling we were in bed early, I got hot and decided rather than put on the aircon I’d move to the single bed.

“I booked a room with double bed and single bed for 3 adults, but I got the room with double bed and a mattress on ground when checked in at 7:30 pm. The receptionist showed me the room and told me it’s the only room available for us, then got off. I was so tired after driving the whole day from Adelaide, it’s dark outside, so I had to accept the fact. After I come back to my country and complain to Hotels.com 16 days later. Hotels.com told me that I should complain immediately or they can do……
