"La habitación al entrar estaba sucia, descuidada, con losetas rotas, la bañera desconchada. Un desastre.
La atención del personal nefasta, fuí a las 10:20 a desayunar a la cafetería y me dijo que hasta las 11 no me podían atender porque estaban muy ocupados. Les dije mi marido había desayunado media hora antes y me dijo que solo era hasta las 10:30, total que por no discutir más desayune en un bar cercano.
