“Room cleanup still need to improve. Toilet bowl can still smell urine. ”

“During my stay, I lost my backbag in the bus. Fortunately, the staff of Trlala hotel enthusiastically and patiently dealt with the communication and the contact with the bus staff. Luckily, Tralala successfully got the news that my backbag was found and immediately told me how to go to the bus office to get it back. Appreciate the staff. Thanks a lot. ”

“Basic but comfortable. Parking across the street. Restaurant downstairs. No aircon and fan was small and didn't work great so room was a bit hot. Other than that was a good stay.”

“Our concern has to be raised regarding our stay on 23 June 2026, during which we booked two Superior Rooms (317 and 319) and one Standard Room (310) for a group of 6 travellers. In contrast, the Standard Room was more spacious and offered an open view. This does not align with the expected higher grade implied by the “Superior”……

“overall speaking, it was satisfactory”
