“The property was unique because it was not ocean front. The room was beautiful, but the only view was out the kitchen windows of the overgrown weeds, including a huge thistle. The dishes and silverware were for three people and there were five of us. Th batteries on the remotes were dead, the heater in the kitchen would not shut off. We had to throw the breaker. There were towels for two and our reservation was for 5. The room was in the driveway, behind the office. Seemed like there might have……

“We had multiple issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, the provided lockbox code did not work. After about 15 minutes of trying to access the room, we called support and were given a different code that worked. Inside the room, we found required paperwork that threatened fines if not completed, but no pen was provided. We had to leave the property to purchase one. The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable throughout our stay, making even basic use……

“I Absolutely Loved staying at here! The staff Greets you! They give you a tour of the place. They make everything feel so Relaxing, Safe, Secure and most of all Very Welcome! Our room was clean and made me feel like home. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The Staff is so Pleasant. I would Highly recommend staying here to my Family and Friends! When we come back to explore more of the coast we will definitely be staying here again.”

“The room was clean everything worked and the bed was comfortable, the three criteria most important. The room is dated and the second floor has low ceilings in places where taller people need to be careful. Also the toilet is old and very low to the floor compared to more modern ones. It should be replaced. The shower was inside a slanted ceiling low on one end making it a bit uncomfortable. I would stay here again but would opt for a first floor room. “There was no one there to meet us, help out or talk with. ….only a phone number to text if there was a problem. We were given a code for the front door and the key to our room was in the door to our room. Our room, #6, had a stand alone tub with a lip that was 30 inches high. We are in our late 70’s and neither of us could climb into to tub to take a shower. So we did without showers for 3 days. And there was nothing on the tub bottom to keep you from slipping. “Great little place to stay right on the beach! It’s clean, the people are friendly, and the amenities are all that you need for your stay. Walk the beach to Haystack Rock easily and enjoy the views endlessly. We got lucky our first night walking back on the beach after dinner and saw elk running on the beach. Keep your rain jacket with you always and just enjoy the coast from this great little gem!”
