“Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.”
“The room has a very profound smell and is very humid for some reason. Even the floor is damp. There was also a large spider in our room. Its location is not good at all and it’s very hard to get anywhere.”

“The hotel was in a perfect location, a short walk away from the airport bus stop and Baščaršija - the Old Town - but in the quieter neighbourhood of Bistrik, in between the Latin Bridge and the cable car to Mount Trebević so you could have a peaceful night's sleep. There was also a nice, friendly, local bar at the bottom of the street.
