"首先車位不足夠，入住前亦沒有通知須要預留車位，直至我們check-in時才通知需要早兩天預留車位，令我們要找離酒店甚遠的地方泊車，這情況同時亦有其他住客check-in時遇到；另外，入住酒店房間時亦有出錯，我們是預訂三人房間，酒店提供二人房間，開合式梳化床也沒有預先打開，直到我們揸問才特別到房間打開梳化床，提供的都只是二人用品，相信日後需要管理方面做好啲。"
